Average price of a single family detached home was $384,417 and a condominium was $237,701. Average days on market was 52 days. Sales to listing ratio was 58.4%. There were 1624 residential sales in July. Plenty of choice in the market at this time with 7684 available residential properties on the MLS system. Edmonton Real Estate Market Update for June. Average selling price was $393,471 for a Single Family Detached Home, $242,720 for Condos and $318,233 for Duplexes and Row Houses.Prices usually peak in June and then gradually slide for 6 months. There were 3,211 residential properties listed in June and 1,874 sales and sales-to-listing ratio was up from 53% in May to 58%. The average days-on-market 51 days.
